August 18, 2022

Warrior Wellness Massage at 601 Main Street North in Warrior,  had its Grand Opening on August 13th. The new business looks forward to offering help to those who experience muscle aches and stress-induced tenseness and seek relief from professionals in a spa-like atmosphere.

Spa /Relaxation Center

Cody and Elizabeth Lucas moved from their home in Concord in April of 2020 at the beginning of the COVID shutdown to Kimberly. They soon fell in love with the area, local parks, great community,  and friendly people.

Buying their first home in Kimberly, moving in with their sweet son Jonah and their adorable dog Raphie they set up housekeeping. Looking ahead, Cody and Elizabeth thought about starting a local business that would provide help for their community and utilize their talents and education. Searching locally they discovered the best place to open in Warrior.

College Credentials

Elizabeth graduated from Birmingham School of Massage in 2014 and has worked at a few prominent spas in the Birmingham area. Cody graduated from Wallace State in 2017 as a physical therapist assistant. He also added to his manual therapy skills when he earned his MT certification in 2018. Working as a PTA in various settings and practicing massage part-time, Cody was able to contribute to the dream that Elizabeth had formulated.

Warrior Wellness Massage Grand Opening

Elizabeth’s vision of a spa/relaxation center has always motivated her to create the best business possible. Warrior Wellness Massage is part of that dream.   Looking ahead toward the future, they want to eventually expand the Warrior Wellness spa to include personal training and potentially physical therapy. Providing numerous ways for their customers to reach their best potential.

Warrior Wellness Massage combines a beautiful spa experience with therapeutic and pain-relieving methods, including Swedish Relaxation Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy ( Great for chronic pain), aromatherapy, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, scrubs, body wraps, prenatal massage, and hot stone massage.
