Serving the community
Providing a festival for the community and children during fall has been part of their ministry since its beginning. The successful Great Pumpkin Bash was held at the Civic Center for several years.
But this year, the first Fall Fam Fest will be held.
The celebrations have always been a labor of love provided by the Church. Reaching out to the community and providing a way to witness through service. There has never been a cost associated with any of the 29:11s events. They have always been 100% free and used to bless the neighborhood with a safe, family-friendly night out.
The building is named “Third Space” to signify the extra gathering space everyone needs. Most people have their home, place of work, and a third space where they spend time with friends and their community.
The Church hopes their building will become that for people in the community. They want the building to be a place where people can gather. Church 29:11 is a church for anyone, but especially those who are done with Church. They go out of their way to create a relaxed environment, free of expectation or tradition so that everyone can feel comfortable during any service.
Fall Fam Fest
The first annual Fall Fam Fest is on October 29th from 10 am to 2 pm at 8280 Highway 31 in Morris, Alabama. This family-friendly indoor event will have inflatables, games, goodie bags, and so much more.
Makers Coffee will be open and serving their full menu, so grab a coffee and let the kids play in a safe space. Church 29:11 is inviting everyone and looks forward to sharing their love of God, love for their community, and providing fun during this fall fest.
We at the NJP hope to see you at the festival.
